Yesterday was President's Day....we took the opportunity to take Sarah, Clayton, Sophie, Evy, Emmet and Louise to Ocean City. We had Mack & Manco pizza, fudge, soda and with filled tummies, we went onto the beach. I let Emmett off of his lease and he was a wild dog...chasing the little sand birds, touching the ocean water with his paws and running after Sophie. Glenn made me put him back on the leash and Sophie ran him up and down on the sand. I'll tell you, Sophie is fast! We talked and laughed and enjoyed the wind and surf in the middle of February. These memories will last for a long time. I love these opportunities to make memories with my kids!
