Evelyn wakes up in the morning and tells her mother...."Mom, I woke up this morning and my brain says What's the good news?" Sarah says, really what did it say? Evelyn states quite assuredly "That Jesus loves Me!"....or she'll say "Mom, my brain says, what's the good news?" What did it say? "That I'm going to be the leader at school today!". Evelyn wakes up talking and thinks about the issues of her world all day. She loves school, loves to debate and doesn't let anyone get anything over on her. I asked her what she wants for Christmas and she told me a snow globe. I'm so thankful for my granddaughter Evelyn. She provides vibrant color in my world. She gives luster to life. I like that about her!
