Glennie III

Well, here is our grandson, Glennie III. He lived for 19 months and blessed our lives every day. He still blesses our lives with the things he taught us during his time with us. He taught us about courage. He never gave up even when Dr's and nurses said he couldn't keep going. He never stopped smiling. No matter what happened he found courage and a smile for his Mom and Dad. He taught me about humor. Glennie couldn't speak because of his disease, SMA, but he could communicate with his eyes. He would show me his strong spirit, he would show me frustration and he would show me that he knew how to laugh. I think about Glennie every day. I see his face, his smile, his love for his parents and his willingness to be God's angel on earth. For those of you who didn't know Glennie, you missed out on blessings. For those of you who know Glennie, you were blessed the most. He was born on September 16, 2002 and went to heaven on May 4, 2004. Nineteen months of glory for us and now an eternity of glory for Glennie.
